All services provided by Sweet Secrets Body Sugaring And More are described in detail on our website. Each service listing includes essential information and any prerequisites needed to ensure client preparedness and satisfaction. -
Availability:
The availability of services shown on our website is subject to change without prior notice due to varying factors such as demand, seasonality, and staffing. - Refunds & Exchanges:
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours. We will then offer a suitable correction. Refunds may be processed at the sole discretion of Sweet Secrets Body Sugaring & More. Services cannot be exchanged unless management approves. - Purchase Terms
All services, promotions, and bundles purchased online must be booked and redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise or approved by management. Sweet Secrets reserves the right to end the sale of any offer at any time.
$35 Brazilian sugaring at Marion St. Valentine’s Offer must be purchased and redeemed at the Marion location in the month of February 2025.
Appointment Policy

Booking and Cancellations:
Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee as specified in our cancellation policy. -
Late Arrivals:
Clients who arrive late will be accommodated for the remaining appointment duration. If the service cannot be provided within the remaining time, it will be treated as a late cancellation.

- Buy Now, Pay Later: Flexible financing options through Afterpay and Sezzle, allowing you to split your purchase into smaller, interest-free payments.
- Taxes: Tax will be charged either online or in-house in accordance with required provincial tax mandates for all services and products.
- Fees: A $2.50 environmental stewardship fee will be charged in-house per appointment, plus applicable taxes.
- Gifting: If you would like to purchase an offer as a gift, we require payment of the service and the recipient’s information, including their email and phone number. Please note that the payment of the eco-fee and taxes are due to be made in-house following their appointment.

At Sweet Secrets, we prioritize the safety and comfort of all our clients, especially our younger guests. For clients under the age of 18, the following policy applies:-
Under 18: A parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form prior to any service.

Age 16–17: May receive services with signed consent, but must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the appointment.

Under 16: A parent or guardian must remain present in the salon for the duration of the service. Select services require the presence of a parent or guardian in the treatment room for the during of the service.

Environmental Stewardship Fee
As part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, Sweet Secrets is proud to partner with Green Circle Salons. To fund this program, a small environmental stewardship fee of $2.50 + tax will be added to each appointment.
