3. Refunds & Exchanges: If you are dissatisfied with your service, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours. We will then offer a suitable correction. Refunds may be processed at the sole discretion of Sweet Secrets Body Sugaring & More. Services cannot be exchanged unless management approves.
4. Purchase Terms
   All services, promotions, and bundles purchased online must be booked and redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise or approved by management. Sweet Secrets reserves the right to end the sale of any offer at any time. 
   $35 Brazilian sugaring at Marion St. Valentine’s Offer must be purchased and redeemed at the Marion location in the month of February 2025.

Appointment Policy

1. Booking and Cancellations:
   Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee as specified in our cancellation policy.

2. Late Arrivals:
   Clients who arrive late will be accommodated for the remaining appointment duration. If the service cannot be provided within the remaining time, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
