Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Booking Your Appointment: At Sweet Secrets, when you book an appointment, you are reserving a time slot selected specifically for you. We request the courtesy of advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellation Policy:
- 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us enough time to fill the slot with another client.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged to your account. This fee compensates for the time set aside specifically for you that could have been allocated to another client.
- How to Cancel: To cancel, please call us directly at the salon that which you have scheduled your appointment for.

No-Show Policy:
- Missed Appointments: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost may be charged. No-shows are particularly disruptive and prevent us from servicing other clients who could have benefitted from the available appointment time.
Late Arrivals:
- Handling Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will attempt to provide the full service but may have to shorten or adjust the service depending on the remaining time. If it’s not feasible to provide the service within the remaining appointment time, the appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the late cancellation fee will apply.
- Maximizing Your Service: To ensure you receive the best experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Exceptions:
- Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. We will consider exceptions to our policy on a case-by-case basis for situations such as serious illness, family emergencies, or weather-related issues. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can discuss your specific situation and assess if an exception will be granted.
