Booking Your Appointment
At Sweet Secrets, when you book an appointment, you are reserving a time slot selected specifically for you. We request the courtesy of advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Please note: we do not accept cancellations by voicemail.
Deposit Requirement (Effective September 1, 2025)

All appointments over 25 minutes require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of payment method.

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer as a credit toward your rescheduled appointment. Credits must be used within 90 days of the original booking date.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive too late for the service to be completed, or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and the balance of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, clients remain responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.
This policy ensures fair access to appointments and respects both our clients’ time and our team’s schedule.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to fill the slot with another client.
Late Cancellations:
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a fee of 100% of the service cost will apply. If a deposit was paid, it will be forfeited, and any outstanding balance will be charged.

No-Show Policy
Missed Appointments:
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged to your account. Deposits are automatically forfeited.
No-shows are disruptive and prevent us from serving other clients who could have benefitted from the available appointment time.
Late Arrivals
Handling Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will attempt to provide the full service but may have to shorten or adjust it depending on the remaining time.

If the service cannot be completed, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation.

Deposits will not be refunded in these cases.
Maximizing Your Service:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure the best experience.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can review your situation.

❓ Do I lose my deposit if I cancel because I’m sick?
If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer as a credit to your rescheduled appointment (valid for 90 days). If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.
❓ What if I’m running late?
We’ll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. If the service cannot be completed, it will be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
❓ Can I move my deposit to a different service?
Yes! As long as you reschedule or cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, you can apply your deposit to another service of equal or greater value.
❓ Why are deposits non-refundable?
Deposits help us reserve your appointment just for you. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps in our schedule and prevent other clients from booking. This policy ensures fairness and protects our team’s time.
❓ What if I booked a promo or special offer?
Deposits apply to all services, promotions, and bundles. If you reschedule within the 24-hour window, your deposit stays attached to that offer (must be used before the promo’s expiry).
❓ Can I get around the policy with a chargeback or refund request?
No — deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of payment method. In the event of a dispute or chargeback, clients remain responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.
